Work Experience

2021 — Now Northline Labs
Principal Product Designer

Leading design across three product lines. Built the design org from 2 to 9, owned the multi-brand design system, and drove a platform redesign that lifted NPS by 18 points.

Introduced quarterly design reviews with exec stakeholders, cut design-debt backlog by a third, and mentored four designers into senior roles. Owned hiring loops and the design-ops budget.

2018 — 2021 Finora
Senior UI/UX Designer

Led the mobile banking redesign end-to-end. Established the research practice and shipped features used by 2M+ customers monthly.

Ran 40+ moderated sessions across the redesign, built the "living receipt" pattern now used across all money movement, and partnered with compliance to make plain-language legal copy ship-able.

2015 — 2018 Atlas Software
Product Designer

Designed core CRM workflows and the analytics dashboard. Introduced usability testing into the release cycle.

Shipped the workflow-based IA that halved time-to-insight, created the first component library shared between web and mobile, and drove adoption of usability benchmarks per release.
